Business Operations Lead for High-Growth Haptics Tech Startup
We are seeking a Business Operations Lead to serve as the connective tissue across our rapidly growing company—driving clarity, speed, and organizational excellence. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and problem solving. Think of this as TITAN’s version of “Jared” from Silicon Valley: a resourceful operator who ensures the company functions smoothly as it scales. We anticipate that a successful Business Operations Lead has the potential to grow into Titan’s Chief Operating Officer.
You will partner directly with the CEO and leadership team across finance, operations, hiring, vendor management, planning, and communications. The ideal candidate has a consulting or strategy background, exceptional analytical and Excel skills, fluency in Mandarin, and the ability to work in a fast, high-iteration startup environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational right hand to the CEO, driving alignment, priorities, and execution across teams.
- Build, streamline, and maintain core business processes including planning cycles, internal communications, and cross-functional workflows.
- Coordinate activities across engineering, finance, sales, product, and external partners to keep the organization running smoothly.
- Own financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and monthly reporting to support fund raising and decision-making across the company.
- Support Board of Directors reporting, investor updates, and strategic planning cycles.
- Manage vendor quotes, purchase approvals, and cost analysis for manufacturing and operations.
- Implement systems and tools that improve speed, clarity, and transparency.
- Support recruiting pipelines, interview coordination, onboarding, and internal culture-building.
- Draft internal memos, announcements, SOPs, and documentation to keep teams aligned.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- 3–7+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a similar analytical/strategic role.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Exceptional Excel/Sheets modeling skills and analytical capabilities.
- Strong business judgment with the ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems quickly.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-iteration environments.
- Strong communication, documentation, and project-management skills.
- Experience interfacing with external partners and vendors, especially in Asia.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- Exposure to early-stage startups or venture-backed companies.
- Familiarity with financial controls or operations tools.
- Experience working with cross-border teams.
