Welcome to TITAN Haptics Developer Program! By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms – This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions that govern your use of TITAN Haptics Developer Program’s web portal and services. By accessing and using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Description of Service – TITAN Haptics Developer Program provides users with access to educational and developmental resources exclusively for demonstration purposes (“Services”). These materials may not be used for commercial purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights – All materials provided on the web portal, including but not limited to information, documents, products, logos, graphics, sounds, images, software, firmware, and services, are the protected intellectual property of TITAN Haptics Developer Program and/or its suppliers. Unauthorized use of these materials may result in penalties, including but not limited to legal action and account suspension.

4. User Conduct and Security – Users are prohibited from using the services for any commercial purpose. Misuse of the materials or the web portal may result in penalties, including but not limited to account suspension or termination. Users are expected to maintain the security of their account by using strong passwords and not sharing access with others.

5. Data Protection and Privacy – We value your privacy and the security of your data. We collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Downloads and Use – Users can download materials for personal use only. The downloaded materials should not be shared or used for commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty – You understand and agree that your use of the web portal and any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the services is at your discretion and risk. The services and all materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind. TITAN Haptics Developer Program and its suppliers disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. TITAN Haptics Developer Program is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the portal.

8. Indemnification – You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TITAN Haptics Developer Program and its suppliers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use or misuse of the web portal, violation of the rights of any other person or entity, or any breach of these Terms of Service. This obligation to indemnify TITAN Haptics will survive the termination of these Terms of Service.

9. Limitation of Liability – TITAN Haptics Developer Program shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if TITAN Haptics Developer Program has been advised of the possibility of such damages), to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Dispute Resolution – Any dispute arising out of these Terms of Service will be resolved through arbitration or mediation in Ontario, Canada. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties.

11. Right to Terminate – TITAN Haptics Developer Program reserves the right to terminate your access to the web portal and services without notice and for any reason, including the violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the web portal and any downloaded materials will immediately cease. We will provide a notice period of 30 days before deleting any user data.

12. Governing Law – This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Amendments to this Agreement – TITAN Haptics Developer Program may update or change the terms of this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to these terms. Your continued use of the web portal and services after any such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
