ErgoStrike 7 Gun Mouse Integrates TITAN Haptics’ Technology to Deliver Real Recoil for FPS Gaming

Next-gen gun-style mouse featuring an impact-driven linear magnetic actuator, pushing the boundaries of immersion in desktop gaming.

In 2025, gaming brand Ragnok released its flagship product, a gun-style mouse incorporating advanced haptic technology from haptic innovator TITAN Haptics. This new desktop gaming mouse delivers realistic recoil feedback through advanced haptic actuation, offering FPS players a heightened sense of immersion and control.

“ErgoStrike7 was designed to offer FPS players more than just a new shape, it’s a whole new way to experience shooting in a game.” Said Marc Chung, Co-founder of Ragnok. “With TITAN Haptics, we’re turning recoil from a purely visual and auditory effect into a tactile sensation that players can physically feel at their fingertips.”

Designed for fast-paced shooters across PC and console platforms, the ErgoStrike 7 features an ergonomic pistol-style grip and an intuitive button layout optimized for aiming, weapon switching, and shooting. Each trigger pull synchronizes with sharp, directional pulses that simulate real firearm feedback.

Carlton Actuator for Realistic Recoil

Unlike high-end VR peripherals that already use advanced haptic actuators to create more immersive physical responses, most gaming mice provide zero haptic functionality. The TacHammer Carlton actuator addresses this gap by delivering high-impact tactile pulses in a compact footprint, enabling desktop peripherals like the ErgoStrike 7 to simulate recoil without compromising on responsiveness or form factor.

'Carlton' Haptic Actuator

Carlton uses patented Linear Magnetic Ram (LMR) technology and features a solid-state magnetic suspension system, allowing for faster response times and higher energy efficiency. It operates within a wide 10–300 Hz frequency range and delivers up to 25G of impulse acceleration, producing a distinctive knock and strong tactile feedback that enhances realism in gameplay.

“Haptic feedback is playing an increasingly important role in how players interact with their devices,” said Kelvin Lee, Senior Sales Manager at TITAN Haptics. “ErgoStrike 7 demonstrates how the TacHammer Carlton actuator brings immersion, control, and physical feedback together in a compact peripheral, setting a new benchmark for haptics in precision devices.”

ErgoStrike7: Tactical Where It Counts. Practical Where It Matters.

  • Realistic Recoil Simulation: Intense haptic feedback for single and burst-fire modes;
  • Synchronized Vibration Response: Responsive pulse on every shot enhances situational awareness;
  • Adjustable Feedback Strength: Dual-level top switch balances immersion and aim stability;
  • Ergonomic Grip: Comfortable 65° pistol-style handle reduces fatigue over long sessions.
  • Intuition Button Layout: Quick-access buttons designed around typical shooter mechanics.

As players increasingly prioritize precise feedback, responsive control, and immersive experiences, products like the ErgoStrike 7 represent a new wave of peripherals designed with next-gen haptics and immersive interaction at the core. Haptics is no longer just an experiential add-on. It is becoming a core element that shapes how users interact with mice, controllers, and VR peripherals, and more broadly, how players connect with virtual worlds.
