Marketing Operations Manager

(AI Systems, Campaign Automation & Global GTM)

The Role

We’re looking for a builder—someone who understands how to design and operate the systems that turn technical innovation into market adoption.

This is not a typical “marketing coordinator” job. As Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll operate at the intersection of automation, global campaigns, and go-to-market execution. You’ll architect AI-powered workflows, support launches across North America and Europe, and help bridge our China-based engineering and product teams with customer-facing campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants high ownership, exposure to multiple disciplines, and a path to grow into strategic marketing leadership.

What You’ll Do

1. Marketing Systems & Automation

  • Set up and manage marketing workflows using HubSpot, Zapier, and other automation tools

  • Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) into campaign creation, reporting, and lead tracking

  • Build scalable processes for lead scoring, lifecycle emails, and campaign performance tracking

2. Cross-Regional Campaign Execution

  • Support B2B campaigns across gaming, wellness, and product design verticals

  • Localize messaging and content for North America and European audiences based on input from engineering and product teams in Shenzhen

  • Coordinate trade show campaigns (CES, GDC, Gamescom), including outreach, scheduling, and follow-up systems

3. Content Ops & Technical Transcreation

  • Convert technical product updates, roadmap releases, and reference designs into marketing-ready content (whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, etc.)

  • Manage campaign content hand-offs between sales, engineering, and BD teams

  • Ensure version control and asset consistency across regions

4. Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Use scraping tools and AI workflows to track trends in haptics adoption across industries

  • Summarize findings into actionable briefs to support campaign targeting and content strategy

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or a related role in tech

  • Experience with at least one of the following: HubSpot, Zapier, Airtable, or a modern CRM/automation stack

  • Proven interest in or hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.)

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with context-switching

  • Excited by cross-functional work and fast-moving environments

Bonus (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Mandarin (written or verbal) for working with China-based teams

  • Experience marketing hardware, developer tools, or enterprise tech

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, or Midjourney

  • Comfortable working across time zones and async teams
